Timber Sales
The Department of Natural Resources holds timber sale auctions in the various Regions, every month. The auctions occur on “auction week” which it typically the last week of the month. Links to auction dates, upcoming timber sales, and completed auction results can be found at the following link:
State Trust Lands Map
Finding a map of State Trust Lands can be a bit of a challenge. The link below is to a PDF of the most recent version of the State Trust Lands map. This version is printable though best printed on larger size paper. Hard copies of this map can occasionally be found at various DNR offices but this is the easiest and best source we have found.
Fiscal Reports
DNR produces a variety of fiscal reports related to the operations of the Department and the management of trust lands. The links below are to the summary page of the various fiscal reports and the annual reports we regularly refer to. Note that these are based on fiscal years, which for DNR run July 1 to June 30.
